Jamie and I disagreed on which photo should be the official Thursday #12 pic, so I'm posting both of our choices.

The booty pic is because Max has a terrible diaper rash that just wasn't getting better; he's been spending a few hours of each shift under the heat lamps like this, to help it dry out and heal… he loves mooning the world and cries when the lights go off.
