Oh, gift tags.
I always have grand intentions to lovingly label each gift… you know, after I've lovingly wrapped it.
My handcrafted bow will sit prettily on my silkscreened wrapping paper, and my glorious calligraphied gift tag will adorn the package.
Reality involved re-used gift bags from my baby shower and tissue paper that probably doesn't match said bag (if I remember it at all)
I tend to pawn a lot of our gift wrapping off on Jamie, since he worked at a toy store in high school and is fast and good at gift wrapping.

All of that said I'm totally in love with these button-embellished DIY gift tags from my friends at Busy Beaver! You might remember them from my Hugger/Not a Hugger buttons last summer… when my contact there emailed and asked if I'd like to share this awesome project, I just couldn't resist.

They've made it so easy to make your own; you can order their cool new sparkle buttons, and then download their gift tag template to match the buttons. So cute!
