I don't know if you're anything like me, but I'm always looking for fun activites to do with Max on the weekends. Sure, the park is a good standby, but with him starting school in less than 2 weeks (OMG!) I would rather find activities that might help prep him for the changes coming up on September 4.
Enter GapKids Shine On Saturdays!
GapKids has partnered with Merrilee Liddiard of Mer Mag to offer these free art projects for kids, inspired by the GapKids and babyGap fall collection, including the best new 1969 denim – Jewel Box Skinnies for girls (the new skinny jean updated in bright stretchy denim) and Action Stretch Denim for boys (designed for play all day- it’s denim that’s made to move).
This Saturday, August 25, from 10am to 1pm, head over to The Gap in Walnut Creek to participate! (Check out the event's Facebook page to find a location near you!) This week's project is a decorated journal, just in time for the new school year!
Max and I are planning to swing by… we hope to see you there!
