One of my favorite things about champagne and sparkling wines is that it can instantly make anything feel like a party. It makes such a great base for a festive cocktail, and you can add all sorts of different things to make the perfect cocktail for any special occasion.

For my family's Thanksgiving dinner the other night, I knew than a cranberry and champagne cocktail was just the thing to bring our turkey day celebration up a notch. With the SodaStream Power Automatic Sparkling Water Maker, it's fast and easy to make a batch of these to share.

Champagne Cocktail
Make flavored water with the SodaStream Power, using Cranberry Raspberry Waters Zeros. (We used the middle setting for the fizz level, since we'd also be adding a fizzy champagne.)
Pour half a glass of champagne, top with flavored sparkling water.
If desired, add tiny splash of pomegranate juice for color.
Garnish with fresh cranberries and a sprig of rosemary.

The SodaStream Power offers three different levels of fizz, by simply pressing one of the three buttons; it's so simple, we had it set up and were enjoying our first sparkling water in less than five minutes. I spent more time looking for the scissors to open the shipping box than anything else! LOL
