A Beach-ish Adventure, AKA Racing the Sun

I say beach-ish because, thanks to an incredibly slow cashier, we almost missed the opportunity to take these photos!
As I mentioned a couple of weeks ago, I'm working on improving my photography, and set up a new blog to track my progress.
As part of my “education,” I'm participating in a variety of challenges, in the case of I Heart Faces, I've done these challenges before, so now I'm back.
The challenge this week was to take a silhouette photo… I love how these turned out, so there are a bunch of them, and a couple of bonus ones of Max playing with the driftwood… these were taken at San Gregorio Beach, which is absolutely covered in driftwood… I wish we'd had more time, but we only got about 15 minutes at the beach before the sun set.
