LOVE your visual aides!!! HA HA HA! And I also love that you have a pic of your engagement. There were no witnesses for mine so, alas, no pic.
If you want to start doing video with a following, you can remove that audio hum with most editing software. Search for "power line hum" in your help manual or "remove room tone" or "reduce noise." I assume you know how to white balance from your still work.
