I had a bit of trouble with this one… my commute isn't really that interesting or long, so I had problems! LOL
Nikki says it doesn't look like my “usual style” but I don't know what that means. If *you* know what my usual style is, please let me know! LOL
Journaling: I’m actually quite lucky when it comes to the commute department… traffic in the Bay Area is often compared to that of Los Angeles (although *I* don’t think it’s nearly that horrendous!) but I’ve really never had to deal with the worst of it. • My current commute to work (at the scrapbook store) is 6.6 miles from my house (according to Yahoo!) and like 6 miles of it is straight shot on the freeway. I make three turns from my house to get on the freeway, and three turns when I get off to get into the parking lot of the store. Add to it the fact that I’m not on the road during peak commute hours, and it’s a breeze! • This isn’t even my easiest commute! When I lived in Walnut Creek, it was less than a mile to my office at Golden Mailer from my and Sarah’s place on Dora, so I walked unless it was raining, and then it was a $3 cab ride with my buddy Russe. • The worst commute I ever had was from Livermore to Walnut Creek during rush hour, but even that only took about an hour. I only lived in Livermore for about 6 months before I moved to the Creek, so overall, compared to my entire working life, it was a piece of cake. • I really love not having to spend a lot of time on the road to get to work… I know that I take it for granted! I have friends who commute almost three hours each way to and from work… they want a bigger house and yard, so they move out of the Bay Area out towards Tracy and Stockton or Antioch. But the jobs are still in San Francisco or Silicon Valley, so they make the trip every day. I can’t imagine dealing with all those cars, all that dang driving, every day.
The assignment was to do a page about your “ultimate mix tape” but I couldn't narrow it down to just one album's worth of music! So I expanded it to a box set! LOL
The record thing in the middle is actually a booklet that opens and shows what tracks are on each album…

That is so fabulous! Love that page. Can I ask where you got the rubon/stamp/whatever it is Tape? Because I’m kinda obsessing over it right now.
Great musical choices! I don’t even know how I would be able to narrow it down!
