December 13 – Action When it comes to aspirations, it’s not about ideas. It’s about making ideas happen. What’s your next step?

My initial response to this prompt goes back to my cryptic Wisdom post from the other day. There are several mini-steps that we need to take before the final one, so we're working on those slowly and surely.

On a smaller scale, something I've long aspired to is to document the stories that go with all of our meaningful Christmas ornaments, so I've been working on that this evening. The first step is taking the pictures (in progress) then I need to post-process them, and then create a digital template for the photo and the story. My plan as of now is to put each ornament and story on its own 4×6 page, and then I'll get them printed and stick 'em in a dedicated album… I actually started taking the pictures a couple of hours ago, before I knew the prompt, so it seems especially apt.
Here's a sneak peek of my pics! This is Cinderella, the ugliest ornament ever! It was the first year my mom let me choose my own ornament, and this is what I went with… apparently she didn't just lose her crystal slipper, but her foot with it!
