October 15, 2010 Uncategorized

Mark this date…

October 15, 2010 is the day Max's imagination kicked in.
He's played on his own, really well, for a while now. He stacks blocks, plays with his cars and trains, counts and sorts his shapes and bottlecaps (Yes, used beer bottlecaps. They're currently his favorite toy) All pretty straightforward stuff.
Until today.
He started crawling around the living room on all fours (Not baby crawling, but with his legs and arms straight, so his bum sticks up in the air) saying “Roar! I'm a lion!” and then a moment later, “Moo! I'm a cow!”
No toys, no direction, no instruction, he just started this on his own!
I can't wait to see what amazing adventures this imagination takes us on in the years to come!

Welcome, I'm so glad you're here! Thing number one, I'm tall. I've been told I should have a warning on my blog, so here it is! I am taller in real life than I appear on the internet.
