Loaded Baked Potato Dip

This simple and easy dip takes about 5 minutes to make, and was a huge hit when I served it! What's not to like? It has BACON!

Loaded Baked Potato Dip

Adapted from MyRecipes.com

32 oz. sour cream
1 lb. crumbled bacon (we're big bacon people!)
4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2/3 c. finely chopped chives
Hot sauce to taste (we used Cholula, about 3 T. or so…)

Mix everything together and that's it!

We served it with Ruffles, but this would be killer with homemade potato chips too!

You can easily halve this recipe; we were making it for a party, so it's a lot of dip but it works well in smaller batches too!

Welcome, I'm so glad you're here! Thing number one, I'm tall. I've been told I should have a warning on my blog, so here it is! I am taller in real life than I appear on the internet.
