This page will share some ways that you can use our laser-engraved Activity Tokens to help your kids stay on a schedule during long days at home.
Set a Daily Schedule
We have defined 8am-5pm as “Token Time” which means that those are the hours Max is expected to base his activities on the tokens. We've included a one hour “lunch break” but otherwise, he has 16 tokens to fill his 8 hour day.
Outside of Token Time hours, it's our normal home rule of asking for screen time, but other activites are always freebies, like reading or drawing.
Max redeems his tokens one at a time throughout the day, so it's up to him exactly what he's doing at any given time, but he still has to get through everything for the day.
He also has three “Snack” tokens that he can trade for something to eat. We can't let him snack us out of house and home in the first three days! LOL
Earn for Activity
Your child can earn tokens to redeem at a later time. For example: Doing their expected chores can earn them a 30 minute Video Game token, which can be saved for another time. Of course, it's up to your family exactly how you use them!

I'd love to hear how your family is using our tokens, please do let me know!
