Peanut Butter & Chocolate Cookies

Serves: 4 dozen
Ingredients
  • 2 cups All-purpose Flour
  • ¾ cup Cocoa
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2½ sticks Butter, softened
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 cups Peanut Butter Chips
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips (Optional)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper
  3. Combine flour, cocoa, powder in bowl, set aside
  4. Beat butter and sugar in large bowl until fluffy
  5. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well
  6. Add flour mixture a bit at a time, combining well
  7. Stir in chips
  8. Drop rounded teaspoons onto parchment paper, about 2" apart
  9. Bake 10 minutes
  10. Cookies will be puffy when they come out, and flatten as they cool.
  11. Let rest 5 minutes, move to wire rack to cool completely.
  12. Store in airtight container.
