Peanut Butter & Chocolate Cookies

Serves: 4 dozen
- 2 cups All-purpose Flour
- ¾ cup Cocoa
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 2½ sticks Butter, softened
- 2 cups Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cups Peanut Butter Chips
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips (Optional)
- Preheat oven to 350
- Line cookie sheets with parchment paper
- Combine flour, cocoa, powder in bowl, set aside
- Beat butter and sugar in large bowl until fluffy
- Add eggs and vanilla, mix well
- Add flour mixture a bit at a time, combining well
- Stir in chips
- Drop rounded teaspoons onto parchment paper, about 2" apart
- Bake 10 minutes
- Cookies will be puffy when they come out, and flatten as they cool.
- Let rest 5 minutes, move to wire rack to cool completely.
- Store in airtight container.
