Banana Cookie Glaze
 
 
Make one batch per color needed.

Ingredients
  • 1 c. Powdered Sugar
  • 2 t. Milk
  • 2 t. Corn Syrup
  • ¼ t. Banana Extract
  • Food Coloring of Choice
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in mixer.
  2. Mix until combined, add milk if needed to thin.
  3. Use a frosting bag with a fine tip to create thin lines of glaze.
  4. (When layering colors, allow 7-10 minutes between colors for glaze to set.)
  6. Allow finished glaze to set for about an hour before stacking.
  7. Transfer to airtight container for storage.
