Baileys TitleI love Bailey's Irish Cream. It's one of my favorite things this time of year; especially when you include the seasonal flavor from Haagen Dasz!

It's lovely on its own, or in coffee, with cream, poured over bread pudding…

Yum.

This recipe will make almost a quart of liqueur; it just about filled a large Mason jar, like very classy moonshine.

I also put it in smaller bottles to give as gifts; its fun AND delicious!

  • 1 C. Heavy Cream
  • 14 oz. can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 2/3 C. Irish Whiskey (I use Jameson)
  • 1 t. Instant Coffee Powder
  • 2 T. Chocolate Syrup
  • 1 t. Vanilla extract

Simply mix everything in the blender for 30-40 seconds, then transfer to airtight container.

Shake before serving, store in refrigerator, enjoy as needed!
