A friend of mine gifted me her unused bread machine a while back, and I've been on a tear this week, trying out some new recipes! I'll document them here for those who are interested in such things.
The cookbook I have includes recipes for things like beignets and “shaped” breads, but I didn't want a bread machine so that I'd still have a bunch of work to do! I wanted a bread machine so I could stick a bunch of ingredients into a box and have it magically turn into bread!
So the recipes I do are those sort: Stick stuff in the machine, let it do its thing, enjoy bread. Here ya go!

- 1 t. Salt
- 1 1/2 t. Active Dry Yeast
Note: Dissolve the coffee crystals in the water before adding to the mixture.
